Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to transactions made with Powell Butte Disposal through our website pwldispose.com. Our services include recycling programs, equipment rentals, and supply deliveries offered across the United States. We are located at 1751 N Main St, Prineville, OR, 97754-9136, USA. 1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and company checks. Payment terms for services or equipment rentals will be detailed in the individual service agreement or invoice. For recurring services, charges may be processed automatically based on the agreed billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation terms.

2. Deposits and Prepayments

Some services and equipment rentals may require a non-refundable deposit prior to scheduling or delivery. Full prepayment may be required for supply shipments. Clients will be informed in advance of any such conditions specific to their order.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduled service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Equipment rental cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed delivery time may be subject to a 10–20% cancellation charge.
  • Bulk or custom supply orders may not be canceled after processing begins.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or equipment already delivered and used.
  • If a client cancels a prepaid service before it is provided and no preparatory expenses have been incurred, a partial refund may be granted upon request, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Supply purchases are non-refundable once shipped unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
  • All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue with our services, we urge you to reach out to us for a prompt resolution. Any disputes arising under this policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Legal actions must be initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Crook County, Oregon.
